Vitamin C powder was obtained from Kwang-Dong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., (Seoul, Korea) and prepared fresh in distilled water on the day when it was given to mice. In conclusion, the Vitamin C content in emblica facial serum was increased through the cold pressed method along with the significantly shelf life extension. 108%,with RSDs ranging from 3.96% to 7.81%.The detection limit of the method was 5 mg/kg.Conclusion: The method is practical,accurate and suitable for the determination of vitamin C in milk powder.
